Viscose is a man-made fibre made from natural cellulosic polymers.

Clothing comfort

Thermal insulation

Viscose filament yarns are made into smooth textiles with a low volumes of trapped air. However the fibre has only a small influence on isolation.

Moisture absorption

Viscose is very absorbent, in normal conditions it can absorb from 11 -14% of water vapour.

Next to skin comfort

Viscose is fine, soft and comfortable to wear.

Strength
Viscose fibres have a low dry and wet strength and therefore brakes easy.

Elasticity/creasing
Viscose has a poor resilience and therefore wrinkle easily.

Collaboration
Viscose is an excellent substrates for dyeing and printing. Colours are very bright.

Easy care treatment
Without synthetic resins viscose fabrics are prone to shrinkage.

Applications
Filament viscose can beside blouses be used for shirts, dresses, drapes, lingerie, ribbons and trimmings.

Printing
The material was printed with direct printing on a rotary screen printing machine.

Weight of the fabric
100 g/m2

Width of the fabric
